It was almost time to leave for the recital, but Bennett decided he was hungry and asked if he could eat a meal bar before he left. I said yes, without really looking at the package. Soon after, I walked into the bathroom to find Bennett throwing up. He said his mouth and throat were itchy and hurt. This had happened on a few other occasions when he had eaten nuts, so I decided right then and there to get him allergy tested. ( more on that later). I gave him some benydryll and we headed off to the recital.
Both boys did a great job. I was very proud of them and their talent.
