Manti Pagent

After Grandma Julie's week in Wasburn Land we jumped in the car and headed meet up with the Nulph Family. We started at In N Out Burger and then sped off to Manti to watch the Manti Pagent.

We made it down and checked into our hotel and then traveled to Manti to get our seats, find dinner, and walk around before the Pagent started. After gorging on pizza, bread sticks, is snow cones, popcorn, and much more. We sat down in our seats and then got back up to go get some headache medicine from the car then went and sat down again. Then went back to the car for blankets, then went back to our seats, then got up to go to the bathroom, then back to our seats.
Finally it was time to start. The Manti Pagent is a Kay performed on the hillside underneath the Manti Temple. The play discusses how the Book of Mormon was translated by Joseph Smith and how through the teaching in the Book of Mormon. We can come to know our Savior and partake of the ordinances that will lead us to eternal life.
The Pagent was wonderful!
After, we headed to the car, only to discover I had locked the keys in! Oops!  Luckily we have good roadside assistance insurance and were on our way to the hotel about 40 minutes later.

The next day we packed up and headed North to the Lindon aquatic center. The kids had a blast playing in the water and being together with their Nulph cousins. After we ate burgers for dinner and Coldstone Ice Cream for dessert.
It was a great weekend spent making fun family memories.
