Field Trip

Jacksen's class went on a field trip to the Dinosaur Museum in Thermopolis. He asked Matt and I to go, so we decided to make a day of it. Matt took work off and we pulled Bennett out of school and drove up to meet Jacks class at the museum. Jemma couldn't go because she already had fun stuff going on with her own class. 

After we toured the museum, the class went to a nearby park to eat lunch before heading back to school. Matt had heard about some petroglyphs that were located west of Thermopolis, so instead of following the bus back to Lander, we took Bennett and Jacks with us to search for the petroglyphs. Once we found them we took a small hike to look at the cliffs. 

I'm glad Matt and I got to spend the day with the boys. Great day!
